This production line is galvanizing line of cold rolled steel. It mainly includes uncoiling section, welding platform, entry looper, annealing furnace, zinc pot, air knife system, cooling system after galvanizing, tension leveler, passivation section, exit looper, reserve postion for electrostatic oiler and some other equipments. The production line's product position is architectural material, roof, panels, etc. Its function inlcudes annealing, galvanizing, finishing, straighterning, pre-painting oil. etc.

 

According to technical operation, this line could be divided into three sections: Entry section, process section and exit section
