Designing institute is established as the branch of JJRS Group. With a staff of 25 disciplined technical people, of which 23 engineers with bachelor or above certification and 2 senior engineers. Designing institute is a comprehensive organization with the integration of technical advice, engineering design, project contracting and construction supervision. We are professional on pickling line, waste acid regeneration, cold rolling mill, steel strip galvanizing line, hot dip aluminizing, color coating line, degreasing line, annealing line, temper rolling mill, tension leveller, slitting line, cross cutting line, electrotinning line, tunnel furnace and galvanizing line of structure parts.
With specialized and complete team and strong technology, we are capable to undertake the plant planning and design of non-standard equipments, especially the intensive processing of steel strip, color coating line, base on the rich experience of 50 projects form the production line establishment to modification works.
We have undertook the turnkey project for domestic customer, as well as the overseas project from Russia, Viet to Jordan. By the end of June 2010, we have accomplished 50 project contracting with 500 million total sales. As a scientific research institution of JJRS Group, R&D center mainly research the latest metallurgic products, productive technology and equipment, introduce advanced foreign technology, improve production lien and equipment of high consumption and pollution. With the function of general engineer office, we organize technology seminar, plan and control the project schedule, examine and verify the bus lien and determine the technical dispute.
R&D center has applied and became “Beijing scientific and technological R & D organization”, by chief engineer and deputy chief engineer with bachelor or above degree, of which 1 professor and 2 master degree candidate.
The main works are as follows:
1, Be responsible for technical administration, market research and project process. Work out and revise the research and develop process, design process, manufacture process, installing process, commissioning process, training process, service process and inspection standard of all these process. File away documents, testing and operation specifications and issue it to the relational department to supervise and implement.
2, Improve the existing equipment, technology and recipe on the basis of market requirement, seek for new raw material, develop and design new products, research and manufacture the technology and products of energy conservation and environmental protection.
3, Study the latent demand of market and user, work out long-term planning and R&D budget according to requirement of company development, put forward and review the research direction and topic, and ensure the foresight, operability and feasibility.
4, Test and verify the technology and quality of new product after putting into production.
